The Site and the FUNDEXA Fund Finder web application at https://www.fundexa.net and https://openschedule.app (together "The App") are operated by FXA and its related bodies corporate.

For users based in the EU and the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’), FXA is the data controller under the Regulation, which means that we determine the purposes and means of processing personal data for users and subscribers to the above. 

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable user data, except what you voluntarily give to us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We do collect IP addresses in our server logs, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you access on The Site and The App. This information is collected solely for diagnostic and analytic purposes. We do not share any identifiable information about this information at any time, unless required by law, and use this information internally and only to better assess the services provided through The App.

CONSULTANTS' PROFILES

We collect, store and use the following Personal Information:

Name; Email; Telephone Number (optional), Consultancy Name (optional), Professional Profile (optional), link to LinkedIn profile (optional) and Qualifications (optional); as well as Photograph (optional).

Our lawful justification for collecting, storing and using your Personal Information is that we have legitimate Interest. We have a legitimate business interest in collecting the business contact information of suppliers so that our users can conveniently review their suppliers' contact information and send them procurement documents generated by our software. We use your personal data where it is in our legitimate interests to do so, such as:
